We are in contact with a VERY smoothly operating 3PL in China, which allows you to ship items within 4-8 days to any part of the world and you don’t need to import goods to EU or WV + with incorporating HK company for payment processing, you are able also avoid paying VAT. Speaking about hero product and product range in general, silk pillowcase is a perfect product fro acquiring new customers and since the category is so big, focusing on launching new products (such as sleepwear, hair care, baby silk pillowcases, other silk products) would add to the LTV of the customer a lot of margin.     We keep our listing process short and simple for sellers. Sellers fill out a sheet with simple listing information and answer some questions that buyers ask.
